Notice to the Media of Publication Ban Requests 

All HPDT hearings are subject to a publication ban that protects patient identity and sensitive information about health and financial records, in addition to other private information. When registrants request that further information be redacted or made not public, these requests are posted here, in order to preserve openness while maintaining rights to privacy, while the panel hears and decides the request.
