Health Professions Discipline Tribunals

The HPDT is group of administrative tribunals that hold disciplinary hearings for six health colleges in Ontario: the Ontario Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists Discipline Tribunal, the Ontario Chiropodists and Podiatrists Discipline Tribunal, the Ontario Massage Therapists Discipline Tribunal, the Ontario Occupational Therapists Discipline Tribunal, the Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal, and the Ontario Registered Psychotherapists Discipline Tribunal. The HPDT, or the ‘Tribunal’, functions as the Discipline Committee for each college, administering hearings using a shared set of rules and processes.
