Mock Hearing Simulation and Deliberation – Part 1

10:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Step into the Tribunal room! You’re a panel member for our mock hearing at the College of Holistic Interventionists. The patient is testifying in this contested sexual abuse hearing; expect some objections by counsel. You’ll then break off into panels and deliberate on the issues. Case documents are provided a week before the conference. For online attendees, you will need to use the deliberation link you were provided. Each panel has a separate link.

We’ll debrief about your deliberations on the issues from Part 1. Then, the registrant is on the stand. More disagreements are expected.

Take a breather and prepare for the final stretch of the day.

Ask Anything

3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
We’ll debrief again, and then the experienced adjudicators and staff will answer your questions, submitted in advance.
